I am a big fan of do-follow sites, I also allow do-follow on all my websites because it is actually something we can give back to our valuable visitors for their time. So, if anyone comments, you will get one do-follow backlink to your site as long as they are not spams.
Usually, I like to format my computer every once in a while, because I like my computers fresh and fast. And I normally lost all my bookmarks since I frequently forgot to back up. 
Since online social bookmarking websites have started, it’s actually now much easier for me to have it kept. So, with this post, I will share 10 do follow social bookmarking sites I like.

good luck with it.. link building doesn’t have to be every day.. just build it slowly, then, search engines will know you are not building too much artificial links… and it will get you better backlinks..

you can do many ways..
basically you can add http://feeds.feedburner.com/Infomm for your readers if you use any. or if u want to integrate into your browser such as firefox, you can use infomm.com/feed
and another way is to subscribe via email http://www.feedburner.com/fb/a/emailverifySubmit?feedId=2474360&loc=en_US
they are very safe, hope this helps
