Now, everyone’s been talking about Google WAVE and I am pretty sure everyone’s curious about it.
I have been using for a week now and I think it’s pretty good, not sure whether it would finally eliminate Microsoft Exchange server type businesses LOL. But yes, it’s quite handy for collaboration.
Expectedly, if they are going for open source, it will create more and more opportunities and chances for IT force to be reckoned with. I once used PHPDotProject and I liked it, WAVE is not really near what PHPDotProject does, but its massive speed and design are quite impressive for all of us. I use DotProject when I was implementing Fedora Linux Distro a few years back. I am hoping Google Wave will be able to offer us so many possibilities.
So, what are your thoughts about Google WAVE? I think it’s good to know and use it. Because it could be something useful in the near future to all of us.

Last night, I was awake many hours of the night because I was installing Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic. It is absolutely beautiful OS with lots of easy administration. If you upgrade from 9.04 version, you will probably need 1-2 hours download and upgrade time to complete, but it is not much changed from 9.04 version. By the way, 9.10 was released on 29th October 2009.
So, if any of you are Ubuntu fan, it’s time to download or upgrade.
As nowadays, everyone seems to be have one netbook for each person, and you won’t feel left out, because you can also download ATOM version of ubuntu that is Ubuntu netbook remix and Ubuntu has optimized for your netbooks as well.
The software package manager is better than ever. Firefox Mozilla starts with 3.5 version. Overall, it’s really worth using it. I am on the verge of leaving Windows if possible. Of course, most of the working environments, It is very hard not to use Ubuntu, however, upgrade and security point of view, I think Linux aces on top of everything.
So, have you tried Ubuntu yet?

Nokia’s first Linux Phone’s reviews are pretty much great. All I have to say is, IT IS AWESOME. Yes, it is of course, N series, N900.
For Nokia fans, This is probably one of the best phones Nokia can offer.
32GB Internal Memory, 5MP Carl Zeiss Camera, Fantastic applications, great user interface, multitasking and you name it. Very nice looking unsophisticated slide-sider QWERT keyboard and Responsive 800×480 pixel resistive screen actually are big selling points for them.
So, check out the youtube video from credited to NokiaConversations.

In 2010 Mac Office Suite.
![]()
Microsoft will not include Entourage (mail client) that is email client for Mac Office applications. It will be replaced by Outlook.
Mac Office new version is scheduled to release in 2010 possibly in holiday season. There are several issues with Entourage mainly because of its incompability to corporate exchange mail servers.
I obviously think this is a good move from Microsoft. Not only because it will basically erase bad experiences and name association with Entoruage, but also will offer pychology advantage to many people who are familiar with Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite, so to speak.
Generally, I enjoy using Mac Office and I usually do not have any issues regarding Entourage. However, change is what general people hate to adapt and Outlook Mac will enable user more of smoothness and similarities of Windows based Outlook granted, not all the functions and capabilities are the same.

Yesterday, Google updated PageRank again. I was expected to see end of June for new updates, however, it was only two months from last update and now it has updated again.
I am not really a big fan of Google PR, but It is always good to get my PR raised again by +1 in most of my sites and pages. It’s fantastic for me, because I know all my link building, SEO/SEM and hard work have paid off.
So, how about your site(s)? Any improvements?
