15 Dec 08 Wordpress 2.7 new look and great features

I am so impressed with wordpress 2.7, because it changes a lot of things. The design is very nice and easy to browse.

You may be amazed to know that wordpress has changed interface and its functions. The best thing I like about is to be able to update everything easily and one click install for plug-ins. Isn’t that cool?

Now it will take less than 1 minute to install usual plugins that would take about 10 minutes and now no hurdles at all.

All the drop down menu on the right has given users to browse and make changes easier than ever.

This wordpress 2.7 will save you time and efforts to set up and upgrade in the future. That’s the best thing I like about. The version upgrade will be now like plugin upgrade and you do not have to worry about database backup and etc.

Another fantastic thing is Ajax interface for comment management that administrator can now easily manage the comments that are being waited for moderation.

Of course, it will not be enough if I don’t mention easy breezy Admin control panel’s new look that will give you maximum satisfaction of being a wordpress blogger.

12 Dec 08 Much anticipated wordpress 2.7 is finally available

Okay, this is what many of the bloggers have been looking for. Wordpress 2.7 is finally available to download. I think it is fantastic for my fans and I am very psyched to get ready for the new update. I will have to update to 2.7 as well.so, all wordpress lovers, it’s time to download and upgrade here.

Don’t forget to view installation guides or upgrading guides on wordpress.com if required. Because they always come in handy for me whenever I have some issues with installation. But normally, I just use my webhosting auto update function and all I have to do is just disable all my plugins and do the auto upgrade.

11 Dec 08 My Opinion for Leaving Comments vs Link Referrals

Lately, I have thought about leaving comments versus link referrals. They both generate traffic of course. However, they generate traffic differently and now I am beginning to like leaving comments method more. Many internet gurus and marketing aces would tell you to leave comment or link refer. However, there is more techniques than just leaving silly comments or joining random link referral systems.

For linke referrals, I mainly use LinkReferral System, which is really good. They advertise themselves on google and they have over 200,000 users who are exchanging links. So, it’s very cool one.. However, as I love to comment on blogs and read around, Last week, I tried to read more than write on my blog. I was reading and commenting randomly and to my surprise, I got over 100 unique visitors who are actually coming back to my blog, read and some left quite a number of comments back.Then it reminds me of two ways communications. Now, I have decided, i will not flood my site with everyday posts. I will rather create one useful post a week, but I will also try to learn what others wrote and thought about creating wealth online without tricks.

So, my conclusion is, Link referring is good, but most program would offer auto-surf solution and pretty poor implementation, so we just get more bounce visitors. Whereas, the job of leaving comments is just simple and effective, yet you can also learn what others write about your niche as well. How do I easily find related keywords easily? It’s even easier when you have subscribe to certain keywords in Google Alerts, you will be able to get and filter blogs only and also can set it in Google iPersonalized page. And usually, only good page rank sites will show up because they are correctly indexed in Google as well. The most important thing about leaving comment is, you really read and leave the comment in most honest way, not to spam or just leave the comment to get backlinks to your site. You learn new everyday and if you give a few minutes of your time, I am sure you will learn more everyday.

Of course, getting traffic is massive for me and I care about who comments my blog and I also comment with all my heart. So, hope you can generate massive traffic with properly commentings on fellow bloggers.
